LIKE PROMOTING DIVERSITY, COMMITMENT TO EDUCATION IS A CORE VALUE AT CERN
The CERN Science Gateway, inaugurated in 2023, is CERN’s flagship centre for science education, outreach and cultural engagement with the general public. Through immersive exhibitions, hands-on educational activities, events and artistic programmes, visitors of all ages and backgrounds can explore CERN’s discoveries, fundamental research, cutting-edge technologies and the role of international collaboration in advancing science and innovation.

The first stone for the Science Gateway was laid on 21 July 2021. Two tubular structures will host temporary and permanent CERN exhibitions.
